About Me

Hi! I'm Alli—the heart behind Flying Goose Bookkeeping.  I am an entrepreneur through and through. Over the years, I have started, grown, and managed multiple businesses, so I know firsthand the moving parts behind the scenes—and how vital it is to have clear, reliable books.

I discovered bookkeeping at 16 and instantly loved the clarity and structure it brought—the precision, the organization, accurate records, clean reports, and the peaceful feeling of being able to glance at the numbers and know exactly where you stand financially at any given moment.  And of course, how easy it was come tax—time when all I'd have to do is print out the reports for the tax preparer versus searching for and calculating everything so late in the game. And, well...I've done bookkeeping ever since—for various clients, and for my own companies.

I am also an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers and extensively trained in tax law.

While I no longer offer tax prep, I still maintain my credentials and use that deeper understanding in every client's books to ensure they flow cleanly into your tax return—making things smoother for you and your CPA

I bring both analytical and creative energy to my work. I know—loving art and numbers is a little unusual! But that balance is what drives me to support other creative entrepreneurs and industry—leading service providers with clarity, confidence, and care so they can stay inspired and focused by lifting the burden of financial admin.

Outside of work, you'll often find me volunteering or enjoying creation with my family—I understand the importance and value of using one's time in the way that brings true joy, connection, and lasting happiness.  That's why I do what I do: so you can also use your time and talents where they matter most.  For my clients, that starts with peace of mind in their books.
