Why "Flying GOOSE"?

 I know—it’s a funny name for a bookkeeping business.

But it makes me smile every time I hear it, just like I smile every time I hear geese flying overhead. 

There’s something about that sound—their honking. It just makes my heart happy. It feels sincere, like they’re cheering each other on. When the ones in front get tired, they switch places. They share the work so that no one burns out, and together, they all make it to where they’re going.

That’s how I see the work I do.

I love helping people with a skill that comes naturally to me, so they don’t wear themselves out trying to do everything alone. You have your own strengths—your own gifts—and I want you to have the space and energy to stay in your lane, while I quietly help keep your books in formation.
